I have lived at Ridge View apartments for over 4 years now and could not be happier about my choice. The location is convenient to bus lines and the I-17 freeway. Cozy local dining in walking distance. And the outlet mall is just up the freeway! 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.

I have lived here for two years, it’s a very nice community. The gym is huge and they heat their pool in the winter. I have even been able to meet some of my neighbors which is usually very uncommon. There were a few issues with my washer but maintenance was able to fix everything pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

I have now been living at Ridge Gate for almost a year and i have enjoyed everything about the property. The up-keep is great and maintenance guys are always on top of things that need attention and super nice to the residents.:) The office staff are always helpful and address any issues i have right away also and always make the office look really nice and cute!

Peaceful location to live and staff is very kind and helpful with application process and getting you approved and into your place in a timely manner. Very nice apartments with new appliances, flooring, and carpet. Gated complex for that extra security and peace of mind. Would recommend!

Moved in 2021, ever since we've had such a positive experience with ALL the staff here at RidgeGate, all the front desk ladies are all super sweet & helpful, maintenance team is kind and always on site. Thankfully we haven't needed to request too many maintenance services but the two that we did were taken care of immediately and with such kindness and respect to my personal home space. 10/10 would recommend.

We don’t have an updated unit but it still feels current and comfortable - we love the large patio. The grounds are pretty, clean, well kept, and pet friendly. We had a few maintenance issues when we moved in but once we spoke to the office they were quickly dealt with and maintenance was very nice. Tricia in the office is every efficient and responsive.
